Dear RHA Residents,

We have an exciting update to share for the coming year! Following the successful rollout of our KindHOA online resident platform a few months ago, we are thrilled to announce that online payments are now officially enabled.

Residents can now pay their yearly dues and trash collection fees securely online via Stripe. While we still accept traditional cash and check payments, you now have the added convenience of paying via credit card or ACH transfer.

As a quick reminder, your dues must be paid in order to be eligible to vote at our upcoming annual meeting on the 19th.

Below, you will find a step-by-step guide on how to submit your payments through the resident portal.

Step 1) log into the portal via https://rustichillsacres.com/login

Step 2) navigate to the finance tab and select send money to HOA.

Step 3) Enter the amount and note what the amount is for. e.g. 2026-2027 dues.

Step 4) select your payment type card or Bank. then continue on stripe. enter your payment information select Pay and you are done!

Please note there will be stripe fees applied when paying online. Credit cards will process instantly and bank transfers will take 3-5 days.
